Ingredients

Deli Sliced Roast Beef
Swiss Cheese Slices, thin works best
1 medium onion, halved and sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Texas Toast sandwich staff of life
2 Tbls. Mayonnaise, optional
1 Tbls. Dijon Mustard, optional

Instructions

Slice onions and cut slices in half.

Launder mushroom thoroughly and slice.

Saute onions and mushrooms in a pocket-sized not-stick skillet with a minor amount of cooking oil until onions are translucent. Remove and set aside.

While onions and mushrooms are cooking, mix together the Mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard sauce.

Very lightly butter the outside of each slice of bread. I utilise a paper towel to lay them on – butter side downward.

Spread the Mayonnaise and Mustard sauce (or your pick of spread) lightly on each slice of bread.
